Located at the top of beautiful Loch Lomond on the A82 to Crianlarich, you’ll find the historic Drovers Inn. The Drovers is a fantastic Loch Lomond Hotel with a fabulous history as well as tons of character. Since 1705 this stunning traditional Inn has stood there and has become something of a pilgrimage for those lucky enough to pass it on The West Highland Way.
Gryffe Studios created a new and more simplified logo for the hotel along with a new identity system. Our new system better reflects the personality and the tone of the venue. The new branding system has been implemented into the Drover’s new website, promotional videos and social media by Gryffe Studios.
The Drovers Inn is such a unique Loch Lomond Hotel and they were looking for a website that reflected the hotel and gave guests more of an insight into it’s history and personality. The website also features an online hotel booking system and online ecommerce store to The Drovers Inn official merchandise.
To coincide with the website launch we created a promotional video to showcase the stunning Loch Lomond scenery that The Drovers Inn is set in, the welcoming friendly Scottish welcome, great traditional pub food and atmosphere of their legendary live music nights. The video has received over quarter of a million views and was shared nearly 3000 times.
In addition to the promotional film – we have created a number of extra videos to engage their customers including hotel tour, customer testimonial and filming of live events.
We manage all of the social media for The Drovers Inn including Facebook, Twitter and more recently instagram. Since taking over the facebook page we have increased their followers by over 10,000 new customers. By knowing their target market well and creating a regular social media strategy we have increased the number of visitors to the Drovers Inn and the hotel is now at 80% occupancy throughout the year, even in winter months, with each weekend fully booked!
Since linking with Gryffe Studios The Drovers Inn has gone from strength to strength and has grown their social media presence as well as improving the traffic to the website.
